The Basics of CBD
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of dozens of naturally occurring cannabinoids present in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, another cannabinoid more commonly derived from cannabis plants classified as "marijuana", CBD is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid. CBD and other cannabinoids like CBN and CBG are typically derived from cannabis plants classified as "hemp" that contain no more than the U.S. legal limit of 0.3% THC.
