At Cubbington's, we care about you and your pet! That's why we have a strict vetting process in place when considering what products and companies we want to do business with.
For us to carry your product on our shelves, your company must meet all of these criteria:
- Woman- and/or minority-owned and/or an owner from a historically-marginalized group
- Ingredients are detailed and clearly listed
- Labels are accurate
- Up-to-date COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for all batches on final products (including testing done for potency, purity, and contaminants)
- Products contain less than 0.3% THC
- Products are sulfate and paraben-free
- Practices and products are cruelty-free
- Hemp products are grown on farms compliant with the 2014 Farm Bill and the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018
- Hemp products are grown on farms that are either certified organic, grown to organic standards, or grown to food grade standards
- Products are produced in facilities that are GMP compliant, registered with the FDA and state health departments, and/or are ISO certified
- Business practices are socially and environmentally responsible
Other important things that we consider, but are not necessarily mandatory, are as follows:
- Social justice advocation and allyship are clearly demonstrated by your company's practices
- Certificates of Analysis available for source CBD and all source ingredients
- Products are grown in the US
